Went to Fringe Benefits for the first time last week and had my haircut by Daisy - she was great, really professional and friendly. She showed me round and talked through a haircare routine, listened to what I wanted and added her own recommendations. I'd had some dodgy layers cut previously and she has made them look great - love my haircut, thanks so much Daisy :)

From the moment I stepped into the salon until I left was so impressed. Marina spent so much time and energy discussing my hair needs. Such detailed analysis was given of my hair which was in definite need of help! Product use and future care was explained in detail and well researched. I’m a research fanatic! I checked. Therefore I will take the advice given and look forward to my hair’s improvement. Now, I must say the protein treatment applied was exceptional a noticeable improvement immediately. My haircut was superb, cut when wet then rechecked when dry. Best blow dry I’ve had in years too. Thank you Marina x I’ll be back I might add I am the fussiest person ever re hairdressers believe me I’ve been to many! I’d rather go to the Dentist’s! I can honestly say Marina knows hair and giving a good customer experience truly exceptional. Thank you all.

Recently, took my 5 year old Niece to Fringe benefits for haircut, the customer service was amazing and made my niece very comfortable and happy with the experience and conversations being very supportive and child friendly, “I loved talking about my pets and seeing photos of hairdressers cat” is what she said she loved most. In addition the very kind women who cut my niece’s hair (Mia) was extremely patient and kind in every way always keeping a conversation with my niece about school and her hobbies, In addition her skills as a hairdresser were a very high standard and my niece loved her haircut which put smile on her face leaving the shop. Last of all when finishing up they made lots of uplifting comments about my nieces haircut and also handed her a present and chocolate bar, Overall as an uncle with not a lot of experience with women or children haircut the experience was 11/10. If you have a child 100% would take them here.
